This is the terms and conditions for Thi Thu Tran trading as Sydney Deep Cleaning. ABN – 85 877 820 708

  1. Inspection Requests
  • Rental Properties require an approval from the real estate agency or landlord prior to scheduling the inspection to comply with our public liability insurance conditions.
  • It is the clients responsibility to ensure all approvals are in place prior to use attending the inspection
  1. Free Inspection criteria
  • Free Inspection applies to homes and facilities which have visible mould only
  • Charges will apply for mould inspections for mould which is not visible and requires microbial testing to detect it’s presence
  1. Required information:
  •  Address of the property
  • Tenant or landlords name and contact details
  • Billing details of tenant, landlord or property manager
  1. Report & Quote:
  • The report will be provided to the Property Manager or the Owner
  • The findings are a visual and a non-structural report and additional charges will apply for reports which require microbial testing
  • The quote is valid for 30 days
  • No parts of the building will be removed during the inspection process without prior approval
  • Roof and ceiling inspections are not included and we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for this
  • Furniture may need to be moved during the inspection process
  • The report is prepared for the exclusive use of the billing client
  • During remedial work process, it is possible that there will be a “discovery” of hidden mould damage i.e. wall cavities, crawl space, ceiling space, under cabinetry, under carpet, etc. Which is not visible using the inspection tools and equipment at our disposal during the inspection. We reserve the right to charge variations to the cost if this occurs
  • If there is no visible mould, Laboratory Testing by a Microbiologist may be recommended at an additional cost
  • Sydney Deep Cleaning is not liable for any mould damage occurring after the initial inspection.
  • The findings in this report is for work to be carried out by Sydney Deep Cleaning based on our best practice in-house procedures and work methods.
  • Mould spores and hyphae can be hazardous to health and occupants are urged to seek medical advice
  • The report only records the observations and conclusions we have made based on the inspection request
  • The report is accurate at the time of the assessment and the readings represent the conditions prevailing at the time of the inspection
  1. Our Guarantee:
  • Sydney Deep Cleaning guarantees the treatment for 12 months
  • The guarantee applies to previously treated areas
  • Customer must follow the preventative measures we provide them in order for the warranty to be valid
  • The guarantee does not apply if the property has building defects or climatic conditions that have caused flooding
  1. Payment Terms:
  • Sydney Deep Cleaning accepts card, cash or bank transfer
  • A deposit of 50% may be required before we start work
  • The final balance of the invoice must be paid within 14 days
  • We reserve the right to use a debt collector or legal avenues to pursue any outstanding money past the due date
  • We reserve the right to pass on debt collection or legal costs incurred in relation to recovery of invoiced amounts
